Why lecture is not really bad after all. But its about how you lecture that makes the difference. Lets flip it!! Traditionally students listen to the lecture and take test in school and do the reading and work on the problems back home. In the flipped model the student first study the topic listening to the video lecture and do the problem solving in the class.

The lecturer could spent more time with the students solving problem while they are physically present and share the information via video lecture which improves the efficiency level too..
